SafeClip is designed as a "client-side" tool. This means the generation of your configuration profiles (.mobileconfig) happens entirely within your web browser.
- No Server Storage: We do not store, host, or have access to the URLs, titles, or custom icons you provide.
- No P12 Access: Any certificates or sensitive information used during the process remain in your local session and are never transmitted to our servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal information such as:
- Your name, email address, or contact details.
- The content of the shortcuts you create.
- Your device's unique identifiers (UDID, IMEI, etc.).
3. Usage Analytics (Cookies)
To improve the user experience and monitor website performance, we may use basic, anonymized analytics (such as Google Analytics or Cloudflare).
- These tools may collect non-identifiable data like your browser type, language preference, and the time of your visit.
- You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting the core functionality of SafeClip.
4. Third-Party Services

- Ko-fi: If you choose to support us via a donation, your payment information is handled securely by Ko-fi. We only receive notification of the donation and any public message you choose to leave.
- Apple iOS: The installation of the generated profile is handled by your device's operating system. SafeClip does not track whether a profile was successfully installed or deleted.
5. Data Security
Because we do not collect or store your data, there is no central database for hackers to target. Your configuration data is only as secure as the device you are using. We recommend using a secure browser and keeping your iOS software updated.
6. Children's Privacy
SafeClip does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no personal data is stored on our servers, our service is safe for all age groups.
